You can opt for a half-day course or longer term programme that combines group training and one-to-one coaching.
Whichever format your training takes, all participants will benefit from personal support by email during and after their training.
We’ll deliver face-to-face training at your office, anywhere in the world. If you have one or two remote workers who can’t join the workshop in person, they can participate in real time using our online learning technology.
For fast and effective learning, we limit groups to eight participants. This allows us to address individual writing needs, encourage discussion and build a relationship with the group.
We train staff at all levels, from juniors to senior management, in client-facing and support roles. We work with native and non-native English speakers around the world, but do not teach English as a foreign language.
Our priority is to create relevant content and realistic exercises so training is pitched at the right level and your staff can easily apply what they learn. Before designing a course we’ll take time to learn about your business, your documents and what you want to achieve from the training. Only then will we start to prepare the content for your course.
