Sales email training for pension consultants

Selling by email isn’t easy – especially when you’re selling technical products and services. This was the challenge facing Xafinity’s sales team, who were marketing a range of new pension solutions to prospective clients. Their emails needed to showcase the company and its services, sparking interest and moving buyers along the sales process.

We designed a training course around their sales communications, from cold emails to follow-ups. The course focused on understanding your buyers’ needs and making it easy for them to say ‘yes’. Alongside principles of persuasive writing, we covered planning, structure and language.

By the end of the course, the team were writing short powerful emails, in line with their other sales techniques.
