Preparing technical marketing content

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Vistra Group is one of the world’s largest providers of trust, fund administration and corporate services. They publish marketing content on a regular basis and were looking for a copywriter with relevant technical expertise to help them manage the quantity of material.

We work with two companies within the group, Vistra and OIL, to prepare technical updates for their readership of lawyers, accountants, trustees and finance professionals.

When we prepare an article from scratch, we discuss the article’s main messages with the team at Vistra or OIL. We then write a draft to be reviewed by one of their subject matter experts.

When content has been prepared by one of the group’s overseas professionals, we make sure the English is correct and accurately reflects the writer’s intended meaning.

In the past year, we’ve helped Vistra and OIL publish over 50 articles and updates.

'Emily and Lucy always produce content to the highest standard. Not only have they assisted us with a wide range of marketing collateral, but they have done so quickly and efficiently to enable us to meet tight deadlines.'
